This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By accessing the AI Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this AI Policy. If you do not agree to the limitations of liability and medical disclaimers contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the AI Services.

No Crisis Detection: The AI system is not monitored in real-time by humans. It cannot detect if you are in a life-threatening crisis, nor can it contact emergency services on your behalf.
Emergency Protocol: If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or suicidal ideation, you must immediately stop using the Service and contact local emergency services or a certified crisis hotline.
